In the quest for perfect coffee we couldn’t get the flavour we yearned for so we decided to roast our own, hence Villanova Coffee was born. Starting in a small factory area in Glen Iris we developed a series of blends and single origins we think are to die for. We roast all our coffee beans the same way we believe coffee should be roasted at a good temperature long and slow. We take time with our roasts to make sure we get the full flavour out of every bean and it shows in our product. We also have the means for people check our coffee out for themselves as we also trade as a espresso bar/café . Come in and try one for yourself today
